서비스 이용약관
제1조 (목적)
본 약관은 Sero Up Beat (이하 "서비스")가 제공하는 멀티 플랫폼 SNS 콘텐츠 발행 및 분석 서비스의 이용 조건과 절차, 회사와 회원 간의 권리, 의무, 책임 사항을 규정함을 목적으로 합니다.
제2조 (용어의 정의)
- 서비스: 회원이 자신의 오리지널 콘텐츠를 여러 SNS 플랫폼(YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X 등)에 일괄 발행할 수 있도록 제공되는 도구.
- 회원: 본 약관에 동의하고 서비스에 가입하여 서비스를 이용하는 자.
- 연동 플랫폼: 회원이 OAuth 또는 API 키를 통해 본 서비스와 연결한 외부 SNS 플랫폼.
- 콘텐츠: 회원이 본 서비스를 통해 업로드, 발행, 분석하는 영상, 이미지, 텍스트 등의 일체.
제3조 (약관의 효력 및 변경)
1. 본 약관은 서비스 화면에 게시하거나 기타 방법으로 회원에게 공지함으로써 효력을 발생합니다.
2. 회사는 관련 법령을 준수하는 범위 내에서 본 약관을 변경할 수 있으며, 변경된 약관은 적용일자 7일 전부터 공지합니다. 다만 회원에게 불리한 변경의 경우 30일 전 공지합니다.
제4조 (서비스 이용 계약의 성립)
1. 이용 계약은 회원이 본 약관에 동의하고 회사가 정한 양식에 따라 가입 신청을 한 후, 회사가 이를 승낙함으로써 성립합니다.
2. 회사는 다음 각 호에 해당하는 신청에 대해서는 승낙을 거절할 수 있습니다.
- 타인의 명의를 도용하거나 허위 정보를 기재한 경우
- 법령 또는 공서양속에 반하는 목적으로 신청한 경우
- 이전에 본 약관 위반으로 회원 자격을 상실한 경우
제5조 (서비스의 제공 및 변경)
회사는 다음과 같은 서비스를 제공합니다.
- 여러 SNS 플랫폼에 콘텐츠 일괄 업로드
- 예약 발행 및 콘텐츠 큐 관리
- 업로드 결과 모니터링 및 통계 리포트
- 플랫폼별 알고리즘 및 최적 발행 시간 분석
- 기타 회사가 정하는 부가 기능
제6조 (연동 플랫폼 데이터 이용)
1. 회원이 외부 플랫폼 계정을 본 서비스에 연결하면, 본 서비스는 해당 플랫폼의 공식 API를 통해 회원의 명시적 동의를 받은 범위 내에서만 데이터를 이용합니다.
2. TikTok 통합의 경우, 본 서비스는 다음 권한 범위 내에서만 동작합니다.
user.info.basic: 회원의 TikTok 닉네임, 프로필 이미지 표시용video.upload: 회원이 명시적으로 업로드한 영상의 TikTok 인박스 전송용video.publish: 회원이 즉시 발행을 선택한 경우에 한해 TikTok 피드 게시용
3. 회원은 언제든지 연동을 해제할 수 있으며, 해제 시 저장된 OAuth 토큰은 즉시 삭제됩니다.
제7조 (회원의 의무)
회원은 다음 행위를 해서는 안 됩니다.
- 타인의 콘텐츠를 무단으로 업로드하거나 저작권을 침해하는 행위
- 허위 정보를 등록하거나 타인의 정보를 도용하는 행위
- 서비스를 이용한 스팸성 게시, 광고 도배, 자동화 봇 운영
- 각 연동 플랫폼의 서비스 약관 또는 커뮤니티 가이드라인을 위반하는 행위
- 서비스의 정상적인 운영을 방해하는 일체의 행위
제8조 (서비스 이용의 제한)
회사는 회원이 본 약관 또는 관련 법령을 위반한 경우 사전 통지 없이 서비스 이용을 제한하거나 회원 자격을 박탈할 수 있습니다.
제9조 (책임의 제한)
1. 회사는 천재지변, 전쟁, 정전, 기간통신사업자의 서비스 중단, 외부 SNS 플랫폼의 API 변경 또는 장애 등 회사의 통제 범위를 벗어난 사유로 인한 서비스 중단에 대하여 책임을 지지 않습니다.
2. 회원이 업로드한 콘텐츠로 인해 발생하는 모든 법적 책임은 해당 회원에게 있으며, 회사는 이에 대하여 책임지지 않습니다.
제10조 (분쟁 해결)
본 약관과 관련하여 회사와 회원 간에 분쟁이 발생할 경우, 양 당사자는 신의 성실의 원칙에 따라 원만한 해결을 위해 노력합니다. 합의에 이르지 못한 경우 관할 법원은 민사소송법에 따른 회사 본점 소재지 관할 법원으로 합니다.

Terms of Service
1. Purpose
These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Sero Up Beat (the "Service"), a multi-platform SNS content publishing and analytics tool.
2. Definitions
- Service: A tool that allows users to publish their original content to multiple social platforms (YouTube, Instagram, TikTok, X, etc.) from a single dashboard.
- User or Member: An individual who agrees to these Terms and registers to use the Service.
- Connected Platform: An external SNS platform that a User connects to the Service via OAuth or API key.
- Content: Any video, image, text, or other material that a User uploads, publishes, or analyzes through the Service.
3. Effect and Modification of Terms
1. These Terms become effective when posted on the Service or otherwise communicated to Users.
2. The company may modify these Terms in compliance with applicable laws. Changes will be announced at least 7 days prior to the effective date, or 30 days prior for changes adverse to Users.
4. Formation of Service Agreement
1. The agreement is formed when a User accepts these Terms and submits a registration that the company approves.
2. The company may reject registrations that:
- Use false information or impersonate others
- Are made for purposes contrary to law or public morality
- Come from a User previously terminated for breach of these Terms
5. Service Provision
The Service provides the following features:
- Bulk content upload across multiple SNS platforms
- Scheduled publishing and content queue management
- Upload result monitoring and analytics
- Platform-specific algorithm and optimal posting time analysis
- Other features as defined by the company
6. Use of Connected Platform Data
1. When a User connects an external platform account, the Service uses data only via the platform's official API, strictly within the scope explicitly authorized by the User.
2. For TikTok integration, the Service operates only within the following scopes:
user.info.basic: Display the User's TikTok handle and profile image within the dashboardvideo.upload: Send a User-uploaded video to the User's TikTok inboxvideo.publish: Publish to the User's TikTok feed only when the User explicitly chooses immediate publishing
3. Users may revoke connections at any time. Upon revocation, stored OAuth tokens are deleted immediately.
7. User Obligations
Users must not:
- Upload third-party content without authorization or infringe copyrights
- Provide false information or impersonate others
- Use the Service for spam, ad flooding, or automated bot operations
- Violate the Terms of Service or community guidelines of any Connected Platform
- Interfere with the normal operation of the Service
8. Restrictions on Use
The company may restrict access or terminate accounts without prior notice if a User violates these Terms or applicable laws.
9. Limitation of Liability
1. The company is not liable for service interruptions due to events outside its control, including natural disasters, war, power failures, telecom service disruption, or changes to or failures of third-party SNS platform APIs.
2. Users are solely responsible for any legal consequences arising from content they upload. The company bears no liability for such content.
10. Dispute Resolution
Disputes between the company and Users will be resolved in good faith. If no agreement is reached, jurisdiction lies with the court of the company's principal place of business under the applicable Civil Procedure Act.
